Shipping Method;
Standard shipping will ship by USPS: 4th Class, Priority, Or Express Mail If the product is heavy it may be shipped by FedEx, DHL or UPS. The standard shipping method is determined by HHVacuums.com based on the size and weight of the package. Please allow 2 weeks for processing and shipping.
2nd Day Air and 3 Day Air;
2nd Day Air not available on items weighing over 20 pounds. 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air orders must be placed by 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time. Your item will ship out Next Day if the item is in stock. If it is not in stock we will contact you by phone or email. 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air will be shipped by FedEx, DHL or UPS depending on the carrier's pick up and delivery schedule. UPS, DHL and FedEx do not deliver 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air packages on week-ends.
Where We Ship To;
We ship to addresses within the United States, possessions and territories of the United States, APO, FPO and military addresses. There will be additional shipping charges to orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.
Undeliverable Address;
If we receive a package back that states that the package was undeliverable due to the address. We will either reship the order COD for the shipping charge or credit you back the full amount less the shipping charges you were charged or $78.95 if you received free shipping
Credits and Reshipments:
We will not re-ship or credit you for packages that have a delivery confirmation.
