Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 15 days of it's shipping date and may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee at our discretion. All Vacuum Manual sales are final.
In order to return or exchange an item you will need to contact us:

We will then provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to insure that your return is properly routed and that your refund or replacement is processed properly.
Items that are returned because you changed your mind will not be refunded.
If you ordered the wrong part we will EXCHANGE only.
Return your item(s) using UPS ground, FedEx ground or standard U.S. Mail.
You can expect a refund sent to the credit card company within 14 business days of H & H Vacuums receiving your return.
If you refuse your package, there will be a return shipping charge. UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Post Office charge us for returned items. You will be charged the original cost of shipping, (even if you received free shipping), plus the cost of return shipping.
Do not send us your old broken parts to see if we can get new ones. We can not accept them due to health liabilities.
